Please ensure that you have read and understood Aqua Babies terms and conditions before consenting to enrolment on a course.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Enrolment forms and full class fees must be returned in advance of your course (fees are only due once a place has been offered to you).

2. Missed lessons cannot be refunded in any circumstance unless cancelled by Aqua Babies. Missed lessons or missed courses cannot be transferred to subsequent courses.

3. Cancellation of whole courses will only be accepted in writing more than 10 days in advance of your course start date. A £20.00 admin charge will be applied to your refund.

4. Aqua Babies reserves the right to cancel a lesson without notice, credits will be given for that lesson only. Aqua Babies is not responsible for travel expenses incurred.

5. One adult must enter the water with each baby. That adult is exclusively responsible for the safety of the baby both in the pool and the surrounding areas (siblings must be accompanied by a second adult even if not in the water).

6. Babies must wear two aqua nappies, both a disposable swim nappy and a Splash About ‘Happy Nappy’ only. Babies not suitably attired will be refused entry. Happy Nappies are available to buy.

7. Adults must listen to their teacher at all times and only swim their baby when instructed to do so.

8. ALL SHOES must be removed or blue overshoes worn before entering any changing area

9. NO FOOD to be taken into changing room, including snacks for babies. (Drinks are encouraged).

10. NO JEWELLERY (except wedding rings) is to be worn in any pool. Valuables are left at owner’s risk.

11. NO MAKE-UP. As this effect’s the water balance of the pool

12. PHOTOGRAPHY from the designated viewing area by someone known to a member in the class is permitted within the rules of our photography policy (available on request and at aquababies.co.uk members page).

No filming, pictures (including mobile phones) may take place in any changing area. Underwater filming or photography is not allowed during Aqua Babies classes.

13. Babies or adults experiencing sickness and diarrhoea must not swim for a minimum of 2 weeks

14. Lost property will be kept for 1 month as securely as possible. If unclaimed after 1 month it will be disposed of accordingly. Odds and ends lost property such as shampoo, dummies, socks etc will be disposed of at the end of each day. Aqua Babies accepts no responsibility for lost property in any way.

15. Aqua Babies retains the data of it’s customers for company records only. This information is not passed on to any other company unless required by law.
