All our pools have a minimum temperature of 32 degrees. Our hydro pools have a temperature of 34 degrees and are ideal for the smallest of babies.

* Pool depths vary and are indicated on the table. Pools of 1.4metres deep are shoulder depth for an average 5'2" woman. If you are less than 5'2" tall you may find this pool difficult.

We currently run on weekdays, mornings, afternoons and late afternoons. Please consider your baby's sleep routine. It is better to travel further than to attend a class when your baby would prefer to be asleep!
